Q-Sense Humidity Module 401
The Humidity Module is an optional module compatible with both theQ-Sense E1 and E4 systems. The module has a GORE™ membrane thatseparates a small air pocket above the sensor crystal from a flowsystem for liquid. By using different
saturated salt solutions above the membrane, the relative humidityin the air above the sensor can rapidly be changed and controlledwithout using other equipment.
